We usually love this place but tonight it wasn't up to it's norm. My meal was cold and the Scallop pie was five scallops with bread crumbs. No seasoning or a sauce. Our waitress was awesome but hostess needed happy pills on a very busy night.

Absolutely the best Reuben ever. Hands down, no doubt about it. Fries were light, fresh and fluffy and I had to steal a few bites of my girlfriends burger. Usually as a chef I don't have about sandwiches and burgers but even the burger had depth of flavor and a smokiness in the undertone that was amazing. Well done guys. Well done

Absolutely the worst service ever! Older woman been there since 80s.took forever for first drink. Then food then last drink wo . NO TIp. IM A BARTENDER!!!

The largest belgian pretzel served warm with 2 different mustard sauces. Can't say I enjoyed the clam chowder. Tough clams and it tasted odd. Sent back and taken off the bill, no charge. Fun atmosphere!

Went in for a beer and a jack n coke. The bartender was awesome. Drinks were great. They have a choice of Unisex bathrooms or men/women which I love! We've eaten here before and it was alright. A bit dated but nice service and good food. (Their bar/bathroom humor is great! )

The food is fantastic! The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The best fries!

Been coming here for years! The nachos are stupid. Pickles? Who knew? Chloe made great adult libations. Ask about margaritas! She's genius!

I’ve been going to Horsefeathers for 20 years. It was always a warm fun place with good service and good food. Unfortunately it has gone down hill. The dining rooms & bathrooms were filthy, the food was very low quality and the service was poor. Won’t ever go back.

Great food and fast service! We visited during the month of March so it was not overly packed with people, but it was busy. We were still greeted and seated right away. The staff was really nice and made sure to check on our table often. The food was great and really flavorful! Definitely look forward to another trip next time we are in the area.

Great food (AWESOME bacon burger) and an unexpectedly diverse menu of salads, sandwiches and entrees, excellent service!

Delicious food and friendly staff. Yes the tables are worn and the decor is dated, but once your plate of amazing food lands you won't care. Best reuben I've had in a long time! They even have the good crunchy pickles. Thumbs up for the accessible entrance and all gender restroom with baby changing station.

Classic American fare with a few nice twists and reasonably priced

I use to really like this place, unfortunately the food has been okay and they service, just okay. It doesn't help when the hostess had no people skills. Won't go back.

Great food and great service. They have an amazing take and twist on the foods they offer. Great experience.

Service was good but food was terrible and tasteless. Pad Thai was like watered noddles with raw veggies. Mac n Cheese tasted like butter. Asian Chicken Salad - the dressing was nothing like an Asian flavor. And pretty pricey. It was such a weird taste. Bathroom smelt like a elementary boys bathroom - strong urine.

Great food good prices nice atmosphere employees were great. Who did not take long I had a great taste

Great friendly service & conversation at the bar with the staff. Excellent drinks and drink suggestions! Delicious different take on pad thai, and brownie Sunday. Was very happy and comfortable!

Horsefeathers is a great place, friendly staff and incredible views of downtown North Conway and the White Mountains!

Came in for lunch around 2:30. The hostess (older woman) was extremely rude to us, and to another party waiting to be seated. Service was terrible; we waited over 45 minutes for our food. Burgers were not cooked as requested, and mine was nearly burned. Definitely not worth $15. The waitress barely came by our table. We will NOT be returning.

Stopped in for lunch, ordered the truffle fries ($7 for a plate of unseasoned fries), a burger and a salad. The burger looked and tasted like a frozen party with a little too much blackened seasoning, the fries were again seemingly unseasoned. The wife said her salad was ok. All in all food was marginal, service was friendly if a little overwhelmed. Wouldn't say it is worth the trip.

Taylor at the bar upstairs rocks! Seriously, really good food and environment. Go straight to the second floor and sit by the window... intense people watching.

Horsefeathers is awesome! We stopped in to get out of the sun and were presented with the question: downstairs or upstairs bar? Naturally, we chose upstairs, and it was absolutely worth it. The bartender answered all our questions, staff around were helpful, and the drinks and food were really good. Wish we had come sooner!

Service was excellent, friendly, didn't take long & our server kept checking to make sure we had what we needed. Food was very enjoyable & not over priced, their potatoes are unique & very tasty as well.

Burgers are great. Nachos are huge. Good beer and friendly service

The curried crab and asparagus soup was excellent the burger and horse fries did not disappoint! Brooks the bar tender was especially attentive and polite. Great experience. Thank you

Reuben sandwich is good, fish tacos is above average; but Asian salad (sauce is horrible; chicken is dry) and pad Thai (tasteless, raw ingredients, soupy, everything is just wrong) are really really bad, those should never being served. Can’t imagine they made those food from their imagination of the dishes.... so pick your food carefully!

The hostess was extremely rude. They were difficult when asking about gluten free options. The hostess made us wait outside in 97° weather with my elderly mom, even though the waiting room was empty. The food was subpar at best. But the customer service is why I will never return.
